A Quick Reference Card to assist in the adding of Resource Skills within Clarity PPM. Skills are used to indicate a resource's core capabilities as they relate to investment work. Skills on the Resource Record reflect the activities that will be performed on the investment (For example: COBOL, DB2, HTML, PeopleSoft). Once skills are added to the profile you may use Proficiency, Interest and Weighting to indicate level.
